Software for AI Startups & SaaS Companies

AI Agent & MVP Development for Startups

A demo that impresses in a pitch meeting but falls apart on real inputs, an agent with no guardrails around what it's actually allowed to do, and LLM API costs that spike without warning the moment real users show up. Most AI and SaaS founders lose time to production-readiness gaps, not to a lack of a working prototype.

Agent guardrails built in, not bolted on Usage and cost tracked per user Full tracing on every agent decision You own the source code outright

What this actually means

What a connected system means for an AI startups & SaaS companies business

A connected AI build means the agent's reasoning, every tool call it makes, and what it's actually allowed to do all live in one system you can see into, not a prompt chain nobody can fully explain once something goes wrong.

Orchestration, cost controls and evaluation are built in from the start, so the system that impressed in a demo is the same one that holds up once real users start sending it real, unpredictable input.

Where it actually shows up

Signs your AI startups & SaaS companies business has outgrown manual tools

The demo breaks on real inputs

The prototype handles the happy path shown in a pitch deck, but edge cases, malformed input and tool failures aren't handled gracefully once real users get their hands on it.

No guardrails on what the agent can do

The agent can call any tool or take any action with no permission boundary or human-in-the-loop checkpoint, which is a real risk the moment it's handling anything that matters.

Costs spike without warning

LLM API usage isn't metered or capped per user, so a viral moment, a bad actor, or just an unexpectedly chatty user can produce a bill nobody saw coming.

Nobody can explain why the agent did something

There's no logging or tracing on the agent's actual decisions and tool calls, so when it misbehaves, debugging it is guesswork instead of reading back what actually happened.

Is this right for you

Where a custom system makes sense, and where a template is fine

This isn't the right choice for every AI startups & SaaS companies business at every stage. We'll tell you honestly which one you are before we start building anything.

It's probably right for you

  • You have a working AI prototype but it isn't reliable enough to put in front of real customers yet
  • You need agent orchestration, tool calling and guardrails built properly, not stitched together
  • You want full ownership of the codebase instead of being locked into a no-code agent platform
  • You're validating a product and need an MVP that's actually usable, not just a demo

A template is probably fine, for now

  • You haven't validated the core idea yet and are still testing with a simple prototype or a no-code tool
  • You need a generic chatbot widget, not a task-performing agent integrated with your own systems
  • You're not yet ready to commit to an engineering build and are still fundraising on a pitch deck alone
  • You already have an in-house engineering team capable of building this
How we build it

How we build this for your AI startups & SaaS companies business

From operations audit to launch, this is exactly how we take you from manual tools to a connected system.

01

Technical audit

We review your existing prototype or architecture, your LLM provider choice, and what's actually breaking in production, so the build fixes the real gap, not a guessed one.

02

Pick where to start

You choose where to start, agent orchestration, guardrails and evals, cost controls, or a full MVP build, matched to whatever's actually blocking launch right now.

03

Build & connect

We build the chosen piece and connect it to your LLM provider, tool integrations and existing product, production-ready from day one, not a demo dressed up as one.

04

Launch & handover

Full source code, documentation and account access handed over on payment. You're never locked into us, or into a platform, to keep it running.

Why a connected system

Connected system vs. the tools you're using today

With a connected system

Built around your business

  • ReliabilityGuardrails, evals and error handling built in
  • Cost controlUsage metered and capped per user from day one
  • OwnershipFull source code handed over, no platform lock-in
  • ObservabilityFull tracing on every agent decision and tool call
VS
Right now

Disconnected manual tools

  • ReliabilityBreaks the first time a real user goes off-script
  • Cost controlOpen API billing with no warning before it spikes
  • OwnershipBuilt on a no-code agent platform you don't control
  • ObservabilityNo way to reconstruct why the agent did something

Frequently asked questions

We already have a working prototype. Can you make it production-ready instead of building from scratch?

Yes. Most engagements start with an audit of what's already built, and the work focuses on the specific gaps, guardrails, cost controls, reliability, rather than a full rebuild of something that's already partly working.

Do you build on top of a specific LLM provider, or are we locked into one?

The system is built to work with whichever provider makes sense for your use case and budget, and isn't hard-wired to one vendor, so switching providers later doesn't mean rebuilding the agent.

Can you add guardrails and cost controls to an agent that's already live?

Yes, guardrails, permission boundaries and per-user usage caps can be added to an existing live agent without a ground-up rebuild, provided the current architecture can actually support them.

Do we own the code, or are we dependent on you to keep it running?

You own it outright. Full source code, documentation and account access are handed over on payment, the same as every other build we do, so there's no dependency on us to keep it running.
