Software for Retail

Software built around how a retail shop actually runs, not what a generic POS assumes

Most retail software problems in India trace back to one thing: the system and the shelf don't agree with each other. Billing, stock and tax calculation stay separate systems instead of one connected one, and the gap between them is where money quietly leaks out.

What this actually means

What a connected system means for a retail business

A connected retail system means billing, stock and tax calculation stop being three separate things that drift apart from each other. One sale updates stock immediately, calculates GST correctly, and shows up in a sales report without anyone re-entering it by hand anywhere.

Whether that's a single counter or stock split across several outlets, the same system reflects what's actually on the shelf, not what the books assumed was there last time someone counted.

Where it actually shows up

Signs your retail business has outgrown manual tools

Billing mistakes slip through at the counter

Manual billing means incorrect pricing, missed discounts and wrong tax calculations slip through, especially during a busy counter moment.

Nobody knows what's actually on the shelf

Stock isn't tracked in real time, so fast-movers run out unnoticed and slow-movers quietly pile up.

The books and the shelf disagree

Physical stock and the books disagree with each other, and reconciling that gap eats hours nobody has spare.

Nobody can say what's actually driving sales

Without real sales reports, it's genuinely hard to say which products, which hours, or which outlet is actually driving the business.

Is this right for you

Where a custom system makes sense, and where a template is fine

This isn't the right choice for every retail business at every stage. We'll tell you honestly which one you are before we start building anything.

It's probably right for you

  • You're already billing manually or on a basic system and stock counts regularly don't match what's on the books
  • You're running more than one outlet and have no single view of stock or sales across them
  • Fast-selling items run out without warning, or slow-movers pile up unnoticed
  • You want GST-correct billing and real reporting without a recurring percentage-based platform fee

A template is probably fine, for now

  • You're a very small shop with low daily transaction volume and manual billing is still keeping up fine
  • You're comfortable with a template POS's defaults and don't need multi-outlet reporting
  • You're not yet sure the shop format or product mix will stay the same in six months
  • You need billing running this week and can revisit a custom build once volume justifies it
How we build it

How we build this for your retail business

From operations audit to launch, this is exactly how we take you from manual tools to a connected system.

01

Operations audit

We map your current billing flow, stock movement, and where counts and books actually drift apart, so the build matches how your shop runs, not a generic POS template.

02

Pick where to start

You choose whether to start with billing, inventory, or both together, and whether that's for one outlet or several, with no obligation to build everything at once.

03

Build & connect

We build the chosen system, connect GST billing, barcode scanning and payment methods, and set up stock sync across every outlet that needs it.

04

Launch & handover

Full source code, documentation and account access handed over on payment. You're never locked into us to keep billing running.

Why a connected system

  • DowntimeKeeps billing through a power or internet outage
VS
Right now

Disconnected manual tools

  • Billing accuracyManual pricing and tax, errors slip through
  • Stock visibilityKnown only at the next physical count
  • Multi-outlet viewA phone call to compare each shop
  • DowntimeSwitches to a handwritten backup bill book

Frequently asked questions

Is this for a single shop or does it work for a multi-outlet chain?

Both. A single-outlet build is simpler and cheaper to start with; a multi-outlet chain gets per-outlet billing and stock with everything rolling up into one dashboard, the same system either way.

What happens to billing during a power cut or internet outage?

Billing continues locally on the device itself and syncs to the central system automatically once connectivity returns. No sale is ever lost to downtime, and no handwritten backup bill book is needed.

Can this connect to an online store later if we start selling online?

Yes. Inventory and billing are built so a future ecommerce store can share the same stock data instead of becoming a second, disconnected system to reconcile against.

Is GST billing actually built in, or is it a manual add-on?

Built in by default. Every invoice generated, online or offline, carries the correct tax split and HSN codes automatically, not a manual step someone has to remember.
